During the initial consultation Sean was fully informative of what was to come. It provided comfort knowing that he had also been through the procedure.
On the day of the procedure Sean was first to greet me and settled my nerves. Dr Thomas was calm and reassuring as were his team, all of whom were friendly and made me feel at ease. A good choice of food was available for dinner and the day seemed to go quickly.
After the procedure I sent daily pictures to Sean who reviewed and reported back to me. Sean seemed to be available at all times, including weekends and evenings.
I feel from the initial consultation to finish (10 days after the procedure) I have been well looked after. Sean has asked me to stay in touch over the next 18 months to provide updates and photos, I have no doubt that the aftercare service will continue to be as good as the service received so far.

A few months ago, after careful thought, I came to the conclusion that the time had come for me to think strongly about having a hair transplant.
After careful research, I decided to take the plunge and visit the team at the Berkeley Hair Clinic in Derby.
In my initial consultation, after meeting Shaun and Dr. Thomas, I decided that Berkeley Hair Clinic was definitely the one for me. They reassured me and talked me through the procedure from start to finish & they answered every single question that I could think of in a very friendly & professional manner.
On the day of my FUE transplant, I was introduced again by Shaun to Dr. Thomas and his amazing team. I was reassured and felt at ease from the very beginning of the procedure right to the very end.
The whole experience was fairly painless & everything went according to plan and lunch was really nice.
The aftercare was thoroughly explained and I was given a kit with easy to follow day by day instructions. I was in communication every day with Shaun, providing the required photographs on my progress & he reassured me that everything was going well. I'm nearly two weeks in now and everything is as it should be.
I can't thank Sean, Dr. Thomas and the team enough for what they have done for me.

Berkeley clinic has been awesome, I've had my hair transplant treatment and it has been a smooth journey from start to completion and the staff includinding Dr Thomas and especially Sean who has looked after me throughout and have really provided a 5 star service. I would recommend Berkeley Hair Clinic to anyone who is looking for a hair transplant. From my initial consultation with Sean to the day of my procedure I felt comfortable and was reassured by Sean and Dr Thomas and any questions I had he answered they put my mind at ease!
On the day of the procedure the nerves were running high, but after running through everything again with Sean and Dr Thomas my mind was put to ease! The procedure went amazingly and the results are out of this world and I feel like I’ve got my confidence back after struggling with hair loss since my mid twenties!

From the first phone call interaction with Mihir through to 7 months post surgery the whole team at the Birmingham clinic have been absolutely brilliant. It started with a consultation with mahir and he explained everything and answered all the questions i asked of him he was brilliant. Dr thomas was very helpful and good at his job he had a lot of knowledge and did a great job with designing my new hairline. The whole experience was great I was treated very nicely, the whole team was great they was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Quality experience
I’ve had a previous hair transplant and I have to say the service here is so much better, the surgery itself was smooth and professional the surgeon (Dr Thomas) and his team talking me through the procedure both before and during, and the aftercare with Mihir has been first class, responding promptly to any queries I’ve had and checking in on progress. I’ve had 1500 grafts implanted in the crown and really pleased with the density achieved. Excited to see the results.

Great experience for PRP
I first got in contact with Mihir, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the options available. He was great at giving me all the information I needed and guided me to try PRP. I was then introduced to Dr Thomas who was friendly and professional. The process itself was painless!
FUE at Birmingham
Met with Mihir, my patient adviser, who was extremely knowledgeable and answered everything I wanted to know without any sugarcoating. I then met with Dr Peter Thomas who made me feel at ease and assessed my head. Transplant day, met with Mihir again going through all the consent form. I then went to theatre with Dr Thomas and the team who got the new hairline drawn out. This process was great Dr Thomas was really careful to make sure that I was happy and settled before any part of the procedure began. The team had been working with Dr Thomas for 15 years and was extremely experienced. Couldn’t fault them throughout the whole procedure.

im 11 days in now.first I like to thank Mihir who I had my consultation with and the aftercare who is genuine a nice guy always gets back to you straight away if you got any questions.and like I said the aftercare is fantastic I sent my pictures everyday after the procedure through WhatsApp to Mihir and was always there to give advice or guidance to help me out when I needed it.the surgery went really well I felt at ease with dr Peter Thomas and his team the only pain you get is when you have the anaesthesia but it only last a couple of seconds for each one you do have a few but after that it’s pain free for me but everyone is different.

Relaxing Atmosphere and a professional team
They made feel relaxed from the moment I started the consultation.
They didn't pester me and allowed me to have time to make the decision myself about having a hair transplant.
Tarah was my Lead consultant,she was always available to answer my questions. A credit to the company.
Dr Thomas did the surgery and was very professional. He talked me through the process.
Adele and Maz were the technicians and they were chatting and having a laugh with me. Very relaxed.
The surgery,I found it almost painless.
It has been 6 days since my surgery, I haven't taken painkillers. I have slept OK.
The scalp itches a bit,antihistamines help.
It is very early yet but the consultant seems happy when I have sent daily photo's back.
Outstanding service
I had FUE surgery last week and felt very anxious on the day but every in the team were amazing putting me at ease. Surgery went well and the aftercare has been very impressive, the team have been in contact with me daily with support and advice.
Dr Thomas performed the surgery and was great in explaining everything to me and made me feel at ease on the day. A special mention to Mahir who has been outstanding in answering questions I had and supporting me daily post-surgery. The team put on lunch for me on the day of surgery and Tara ordered me a uber to get to my hotel all these things went a long way for me and show how much the team care about your wellbeing.
All the practice team in surgery did an amazing job aswell, sorry I can't remember everyone's name. They all put me at ease and were very kind and caring throughout the surgery.
I am really looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months.

Highly Recommend
On day of the procedure, I was met by Mehir, who gave a warm greeting and went through payment and what to expect going into it. I couldn't have hoped for a better welcome and instantly was made to feel informed and comfortable.
Going into the surgery itself, Dr Thomas, further explained every step as and when it occurred and the work he has done could not be anymore perfect, from the methods used as well as overall satisfaction.
All the staff were incredibly polite and warm to be around, and I would like to say a huge thank you to Ewa, Sian and Corrine (I'm sorry If I've got any names wrong in this, blame the diazepam on the day!) for their support and professionalism with the various parts that they played during the surgery itself, which took roughly 5-6 hours. At not any point did I feel any discomfort or pain, and overall the procedure went smoother than I could imagine.
A week on and healing has been a breeze, after following all the guidelines and aftercare provided, each day continues to get easier and I am already looking forward to seeing results over the coming months/year.
I would highly recommend if you are looking at a FUE transplant.

Amazing experience

Not usually a review writer, but for such an important life decision (that took me 7 years to make) I believe I need to get my experience out there to help others with their decision.
I had an amazing experience with Dr Thomas, Mihir, all the technicians and staff at the Birmingham clinic (sorry that I can't remember all your names!)
From beginning to end they were all so professional, welcoming and caring. So I booked the free consultation, and was very impressed with Mihir. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and felt more like a "Hair Guidance Counsellor", he provided me with all the information on the routes I could take with my hair loss, and was very patient with my torrent of questions. But never tried to "sell" me on getting a hair transplant. Dr Thomas also joined the consultation to advise how many Grafts i'd need and what course of action I should take if we went ahead with the transplant. Dr Thomas's presence instantly made me feel confident that I was in safe hands, he was calm, knowledgeable and professional. And once again, never seemed like he was trying to sell their service.
I was slightly nervous the day of the procedure, as I'd read that the local anaesthetic could be painful, but it was not really any worse than what you get at the dentist, and once that was over everything else was a breeze. DR Thomas and the technicians constantly checked-in to make sure I didn't feel any pain, and topped up anaesthetic in areas when needed. The whole team were very friendly and chatty, the time flew by! The technicians seemed to have years of experience between them, and I felt in safe hands the whole time.
Following the procedure the whole team were very patient and caring. Both Mihir and Dr Thomas then spent time running through post-procedure care which was very helpful. I never felt they were rushing me out, they all seemed to genuinely care!
I appreciate the dedication to the after care they offer, with the request to have continued communication over the next few weeks to monitor the transplant. This kind of care and level of professionalism has made me so glad I decided to have a transplant in the UK rather than Turkey.
Obviously, this is only the day of the procedure, so I won't know the success of the transplants longevity for a while. But all staff also believe it went very well and were very positive. So to anyone like me, that's been debating on what to do with their hair for years now, go see Mihir and the group, and they'll give you the best guidance.
Looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months! Will do a follow up post in 6 months time!
Great care
Dr Thomas and girls were fantastic and very professional. I was asked if I needed to eat or take a break, but i just sailed through the whole experience. The only pain I can honestly say I had was the injections to numb the area. There were a few times where it had worn off and was a slight pinch or so. But nothing of concern, just a scratch. Literally slept through it which makes the day go quicker. The girls who were working on me were incredibly professional and made me relax with general chit chat. The chicken salad they got me was really nice to, which I was starving at this point. My choice tho. There was great after care advice from mihir who as stayed in regular contact with me though WhatsApp. It’s my 3rd week now and have healed nicely and so far so good. Looking forward to see the results of the work of a great team. All in all, a great professional bunch that worked on me. Sorry can’t remember all of there names as the diazepam kicked in.
Great service
I was welcomed and made to feel at ease when I first arrived as I was feeling anxious and didn’t know what to expect. Everything was explained thoroughly and any questions I had were answered. I was given a sedative to relax which made the whole experience stress free and comfortable. The team were really nice and friendly. Lexi, Mary Ann, Kate and Dr Thomas talked to me throughout the procedure and checked I was ok and comfortable.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough
My procedure was at the Birmingham clinic. I was made to feel so comfortable by everyone involved. Ever since I met Mihir he was always available to answer and queries and provide information, I can’t thank him enough for how brilliant he was from the date of our initial consultation to the surgery. Dr Thomas along with Phil, Ewa and Sian were great and so friendly. I could not recommend highly enough and I’m looking forward to seeing the results come through over the next 12 months
The whole experience has been amazing
The whole experience has been amazing. From the original meeting with Mihir, his support through pre and post op has made the process so good for me. My amazing team on the day of Dr Thomas, Phill, Amanda and Ewa, were so lovely, made the experience so much easier and more pleasant than I ever imagined. I walked away with new hair, but also walked away with a smile on my face from the incredible team that made it happen.

FUE hair transplanT
I have just had an FUE hair transplant at the Birmingham Clinic it's now 9 days and my head has already healed which is amazing this is my second hair transplant the first one was with another company and the healing process took a lot longer. From my first consultation with Sean and facetime chat with Dr Thomas I felt confident and appreciated there honesty on what they could do for me. The day of the Surgery I was welcomed from when I walked into reception felt at ease straight away the procedure was a lot quicker than I thought the only slight bit of pain is the anaesthetic which is minimal got to a say a big thank you to Dr Thomas, Eva who I thought was very professional worked hard to take out more hair grafts than planned which was great for me and Ciara who assisted later on. Since the surgery Sean has been in touch with me most days checking on my progress. If you are looking for a hair transplant I 100% recommend this clinic.
Amazing experience...
I had my transplant at the Birmingham clinic and Dr Thomas and the whole team were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me with the natural anxiousness you have with something like this.
I’m so glad this sort of thing is becoming more the norm. My advice would be get it booked in asap, it did me wonders just to have my head shaved and gave me a sense of relief from all the stress I’ve been through over the years with losing my hair!

The integral part of this whole day is the team which was Eva, Amanda and Maria Ann, they were amazing and couldn't sing their praises enough for their professionalism in such intricate work. They were brilliant throughout the whole operation in communication and keeping me informed of progress.
The aftercare is the most important thing and it’s delivered and executed very well!
6th month review
Just had my 6th month review at Birmingham branch, I’m very happy and am looking forward to my 12 month one. I could see a massive difference but nice to hear it from the team. From my initial consultation in Jan to op in Feb to now the whole process has been seamless and I give great credit to Dr Thomas, Mihir and there super team. Cheers

Dr Thomas and the technicians were amazing there a credit to what they do, putting me at easy throughout the day and answering any questions that I asked. If anyone is looking at having a transplant done I’d say just go have a consultation, I had been thinking about for the last 2 years and just wish I would have gone sooner. Price wise your going to pay more than going over to Turkey but I think the price is a lot closer than what your think, Also your back in the comfort of your home the same day and if you do have any problems the clinic is a short drive away.

So I am 3 days post op from the hair transplant at Birmingham, I couldn't be happier with my experience so far, from the very first txt to the actual day of the opp mihir maik was extremely helpful in ever way possible, the team on the day who actually performed the transplant, Dr Thomas, Natasha, Ally and Eva were amazing and make you very comfortable, even the injections which I thought would be very painful wasn't at all. I can't wait to see the results in the next few months but if your someone like me who was extremely conscious about your hairline just do it you won't regret it!. I had 2200 grafts and started at 8am and out of the clinic by 3pm, well done for a great service.
5 Star experience don't look anywhere else!!
Words can not describe how much of a good experience I've had until now (day 13). From the non pushy consultation to my procedure that I had on 18 December 2024 at the Birmingham clinic. Dr Thomas and his team was absolutely fantastic. They know exactly what they are doing and I felt in safe hands. Once having the 1500 hair folical transplant I'm extremely happy with my new hairline it's starting to look completely natural and that's the look I wanted.
I always worried about the aftercare following on from the procedure however they was with me every step of the way. Anytime of the day they was at the other end of the phone and it wasn't a one way thing they phoned , emailed and WhatsApp me multiple times a day to make sure I was ok.

Every step of the process was handled with exceptional care, expertise and professionalism.
I had an initial consultation with Mihir who was outstanding. He was welcoming, and put me at ease with his approachable manner. He took the time to understand my concerns, explained the procedure fully, and answered all my questions.
I was feeling quite anxious on the morning of the procedure, but I needn't have worried. Dr Thomas and the exceptional technicians Eva and Maryanne, ensured I was comfortable and at ease. Dr Thomas's expertise was evident, and meticulously designed a natural looking hairline that perfectly complimented my facial structure.
The procedure itself went very well. I had 1300 grafts which took about 6 hours. I had very little discomfort throughout the day, and the time flew by.
If you are considering a hair transplant, then look no further. I couldn't be happier with my decision, and again, my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved for providing their very highest level of empathy, care and professionalism for such a transformative experience.
From the start...
From the start I was made very relaxed by Mihir who went through the whole procedure in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. After the first consultation I knew I wanted to go ahead with this clinic.
On procedure day Mihir went through the final details which helped me to relax ready for the day. I was then taken to Dr Thomas (the surgeon) who was very friendly and made sure I was okay and explained how the day would be and what will be done. The whole procedure took around 8 hours and they made sure I was comfortable all day. I was provided with drinks and lunch during the short breaks throughout the day.
The aftercare was amazing, I was given everything I needed for the aftercare and had daily emails and messages explaining exactly what I needed to do each day. I could also message Mihir on WhatsApp at anytime and he would always reply very quickly and was so helpful.
I cannot fault Dr Thomas, Mihir and the Technicians. Definitely the best decision I have made and am so happy with the results just after 6 months. I’m excited to see the further improvements over the next 6 months.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From my first consultation, Mihir was knowledgeable, professional, and clear, guiding me through every step without any pressure. Peter, the surgeon, designed a natural-looking hairline with meticulous attention to detail, which gave me great confidence in the clinic.
The booking process was smooth, the team was friendly and professional, and the procedure itself was quick, efficient, and far less painful than I expected. Post-op, Mihir was always available to answer questions, and my recovery has been surprisingly easy.

Incredible service
I was initially worried about the procedure but after meeting the team and going through with the process I am so glad I’ve done it. A fantastic experience
As a female, I had always been unhappy with my hairline from a young age, so deciding to have a hair transplant was a big step for me. After a lot of research, I chose this clinic, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and supportive. I had 2,600 grafts, and throughout the whole process I felt completely looked after.
